Lean into expansion with I-Opener Dance. The summer is here in full bloom. As the the world begins opening up, we are invited to expand and stretch our bodies, our minds and our hearts. We begin our expansion with Daniel Orlansky and his Yoga of Energy Flow warm up. After that, DJ's Journey Weaver & Luminus have a another heap fo summer tunes that will help you stretching and expanding even further.

This weeks inspiration: share flowers from your gardens and bring them to the dance floor: let them beautify the space around and become your partner in the dance. We can't wait to see the beautiful creations.
